Training Director Asia

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the world’s premier sales performance improvement company in the role of Training Director - Asia. The role, reporting to the Managing Partner and based in Singapore, will assume the oversight responsibility for the delivery of sales performance improvement workshops to blue chip clients across the region. The role will also include certification and management of contract facilitators and the development of clients training staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a suite of leading edge sales performance improvement workshops and change management solutions across a range of client portfolios and industries
  • Manage the contract facilitation team
  • Oversee identification and development of new facilitators
  • Work closely with the CEO and others to develop a systematic process of education for all facilitators
  • Spend significant time travelling within the region to work with clients

The successful candidate will have:

  • 15 years plus experience in senior sales effectiveness roles
  • Intimate knowledge of Huthwaite’s intellectual property
  • Extensive experience of delivering Huthwaite’s solutions within a blue chip client environment
  • Document bottom line results from sales effectiveness solutions
  • Extensive experience across Asia Pacific
  • The ability to spend significant amounts of time travelling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
