Greg is the managing Partner for Huthwaite Asia Pacific’s Singapore office. Greg brings 20 years experience in sales, sales management and leadership, with 13 of those years at Huthwaite. During his career Greg has worked as a Managing Director at a global marketing consultancy which rounded out his understanding of how to align sales and marketing to drive more profitable revenue and relationships with his clients.
Having lived in Japan prior to his role in Singapore, Greg understands how the global best practices in sales excellence can be applied in the varying cultures across Asia. In his client work, Greg is frequently called on to deliver keynote presentations to executive audiences, coach sales management and strategise with sales leaders on how to create a world class sales organisation.

Over a 20 year career, Shehan has worked as a senior executive with

Sarah Gordon
Partner
Sarah brings over 15 year sales and sales leadership experience to the Huthwaite team. She's held roles from field sales through to National Sales Leader and was most recently Strategy Leader for three multi-million dollar business units within GE. She has worked with organisations of all sizes but has a special appreciation for the complexities and unique challenges that exist in large, enterprise-sized companies.
In addition to her direct sales experience, Sarah was on the leadership teams for two new business launches in Australia and was responsible for building and implementing the sales and commercial infrastructure for each.
Having this end-to-end sales program experience has allowed her to gain expertise in each aspect of a sales organisation. She has a particular passion for Sales Force Effectiveness and achieving sustainable results through rigorous change management strategies. In support of these interests, she is a certified Change Management Coach and is Green Belt and LEAN qualified, with extensive project experience in each.
